160119-N-LV331-003 SALT LAKE CITY (Jan. 19, 2016) Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV) Ray Mabus announces that SSN 801, a Virginia-class attack submarine, will be named USS Utah during a ship naming ceremony in the states capital. Mabus named the submarine to honor the history and support Utah has provided the Navy to include running the world’s largest naval supply depot by the end of World War II.
