Graffito / graffiti: Black and yellow radiation symbol (trefoil) spayed on on the trunk of a tree in Munich, Germany


The international radiation symbol also named trefoil appeared first in 1946 at the Berkeley Radiation Laboratory (University of California at Berkeley) in magenta on a blue background. Nowadays version is black against a yellow background. The symbol itself has a central circle (radius R) and three radially positioned blades, starting outwards from an internal radius 1,5 R up to an external radius 5 R and are separated by 60°.
