Student, social activist and family member victims rallied to Lalbazar the Kolkata Police head quarter against recent domestic violence against women, marital rape and demand justice for the victims, specially Mita, Payel, Nazia and Namita and also produce deputation to the Kolkata Police. One in every six women in the city is tortured by their husband, shows National Crime Records Bureau data.
