FAIRFAX, Va. (Jan. 13, 2018) Michael Ethier, from North Smithfield High School in Harrisville, Rhode Island, performs for the High School Honors Recital at the Navy Band's International Saxophone Symposium at George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. The International Saxophone Symposium is the Navy Band's largest outreach event each year, with thousands of students, educators, performers and others attending from around the world.
