Organised by the Pirates of Poole, the popular shindig gets underway with the Parade of Pirates along Poole Quay, as crowds turn out on an overcast, but warm and humid day. A family event to celebrate Poole’s rich history with visitors encouraged to practice their pirate speak, dig out their fancy dress and let their inner pirate loose.
