Brudenell Avenue in Canford Cliffs is named as the most expensive street outside of London - Bournemouth Echo 3/1/11. The leafy tree-lined avenue, just one road back from the Sandbanks shoreline, is one of only 36 streets in the country with an average house price of more than £2 million.
