Mark Hovan, executive officer at Center for Surface Combat Systems Unit Great Lakes gives an overview of the command to Mr. Matt Lampert, military legislative assistant to Sen. Tammy Duckworth, what is taught in the Basic Engineering Common Core valve lab March 20. The purpose of the visit was to better understand how the Navy trains its Sailors and challenges they face with facilities and resourcing.
