SAN DIEGO (Nov. 9, 2016) A Rotary Club member and Petty Officer 3rd Class Reagan Ngale observe the day’s work as part of team volunteer efforts by Sailors from the aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71) during a community relations event at the Boys & Girls Clubs of San Dieguito. Theodore Roosevelt is currently moored and homeported in San Diego undergoing a scheduled Planned Maintenance Availability.
