Grand Secretary will address the ConsecratingOfficer and ask him to Consecrate the Lodge. 4.—^The Founders of the New Lodge will arrange themselveson each side of the Lodge Board facing inwards, the WorshipfulMaster and the Weirdens facing the East. 5.—The Consecrating Officer will call upon the Prov.
