Howel Spring, one mile from north-ern city limits on Kingston Road. Morrisons Camp Ground Spring,eight miles north, on Kingston Road, isthe chief headwater of Dykes flows 10,000,000 gallons daily, thelargest in the county, and is said tobe as high as the top of the old watertower at Rome.
