Joel Jackson, 60th Air Mobility Wing commander, Jan 15, 2016. Biriggs demonstrated how to secure rolling cargo at the KC-10 Cargo Load Trainer(CLT) facility. The Works With Airman Program allows Col. Jackson to accompany a junior Airman as he or she accomplishes their daily duties and Airmen to have the opportunity to gain a strategic-level perspective of the mission.
