The main yard of Hao Yong Seng homemade soy sauce factory where the soybeans in large containers are fermented by the sun, for four to five months, in Khlong Bang Luang, historical community along the canal. “Hao Yong Seng” is the only remaining homemade soy sauce factory in Bangkok, since 3 generations, for more than 100 years, the family has never changed the formula plus still maintaining the traditional making process which take up to 6 months to get one bottle, in Khlong Bang Luang community which used to be an economic district, this is the only soy sauce factory left.
