Paris, France, HIV AIDS Flashtest Testing Results, , French health Authorities Meeting "Claude Evin", (ex-Director Regional Health Agency), Reading Speech with Microphone


Closing cocktail of the biggest operation, "Flash Test", in Île-de-France, the largest operation of rapid HIV testing among the French public, reveals high risk of participants. This operation involved the mobilization of some 600 persons specializing in HIV prevention, from many of the nation's AIDS 's, in 135 different places both in the Paris Region ("IDF"), and the South of France ("PACA"), to provide acces to HIV testing, ealsiuly accessible and out of the usual places. A total of 5,154 tests were conducted which revealed 39 confirmed HIV positive results (). Which corresponds with the usual HIV tests already being regularly conducted in health clinics. Of the positve results, 63% were women, 10% were transgenders, 31% were French Origin, and 25% from African Sub-Saharan origin. Some 40% of MSM (Men who have sex with men) claimed to have had unprotected sex recently, 10% of Trans. Often HIV positive persons came to be re-tested after already having been tested before.
