Sgt. Letzing of the Twenty-sixth Division captured Robert Frolich, the first German prisoner, on February 17, 1918. This image was taken by the Signal Corps, and the description was issued on April 15, 1918. Robert Frolich was later released in April 1918 and the event was noted by the War College Division.
