Marines with II Marine Expeditionary Force Information Group use sticky notes while participating in Illuminate Design Thinking Workshop at Camp Lejeune, , Jan. 17, 2018. The Marines moved the sticky notes during a non-verbal exercise, which allowed ideas such as improving the effectiveness of the unit to be expressed equally amongst the group.
