Col. Joseph Miller, 314th Airlift Wing commander, gives a coin to Master Sgt. Kyle Harris, 714th Training Squadron flight chief, at Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas, Feb. 4, 2021. Harris is the Air Education and Training Command winner of the 2021 NCOA Vanguard Award for performing a heroic act off-duty, which resulted in prevention of a serious injury.
