Air Force communication personnel from the Pacific Air Forces (PACAF) Directorate of Air and Cyberspace Operations and the 291st Combat Communications Squadron participate in a subject matter expert exchange with communication personnel from the Philippine Air Force 950th Communications, Electronics and Information Systems Group during Bilateral Air Contingent Exchange-Philippines (BACE-P) at Cesar Basa Air Base, Philippines, January 30, 2019. The exchange included a demonstration of operation and installation of a satellite terminal as well as the ability to extend network services from a home base to an austere location. This is the seventh iteration of BACE-P established by Pacific Command and executed by Headquarters PACAF. These bilateral exchanges increase interoperability and deepen relationships between the two allied air forces.
