Roses climbing a stone wall and framing the view of the walled garden and part of Rousham House in Oxfordshire, England

A mass of rambling roses on an outer wall framing the opening of a former gateway looking into the walled garden of Rousham House in Oxfordshire. The grounds of Rousham are an early example of English Landscape Design by William Kent (1685-1748) and they remain much as he left them.
