Clywedog Dam in mid-Wales looking towards Llanidloes

Clywedog Dam. Built between 1964 and 1966. The dam is 72 metres tall, 229 metres long and the reservoir is six miles long. The dam contains 11 billion gallons of water and covers 1615 acres.
