Panama City, FL -- (Feb. 25, 2019) With the installation in the background, Naval Support Activity Panama City commanding officer Cmdr. Jay Sego reenlists Boatswain's Mate 1st Class Taylor Baxley for six years atop a mooring bouy located on the Saint Andrew Bay. Baxley is the command's 2018 Sailor of the Year and will transfer to USS Vicksburg (CG 69) currently homeported in Norfolk, VA. He also received a reenlistment bonus of $18,000. Navy
