Ltd. hasbeen incorporated under the DominionCompanies Act, with 500 shares of nonominal or par value, provided that itshall carry on business with a capital of$2,500, and head office at Montreal, tocarry on the business of shipbuilder,ship agent, forwarder, carrier by landand water, etc. The incorporators are:F. The former German Clare HugoStinnes I, which was bought by H. , St. John, , has been placedon the Canadian register and renamedPhilip T. Dodge.
