Sgt. Joshua Graffio, an infantryman from 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, and Spc. Austin Edwards, a M1 armor crewman from 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cav. Div., are recognized as the Fort Hood Non-commissioned Officer and Soldier of the Year at the Phantom Warrior Center, Oct. 2, 2015.
