A conference on the role of women in the ongoing peace process in Syria, and in the post conflict phase is held at the Teymur Continental Hotel in Gaziantep, southern Turkiye. A large number of speakers, including scholars, peace negotiators, civil society activists, as well as politicians, analysed the political situation in Syria while highlighting the importance of Syrian women's participation in conflict resolution and peace building in their war-torn country.
