Impressive bouquet of Blush Noisette roses, fluffy white and pink roses in bloom with many pink buds bursting through (Rosa noisettiana). A hybrid (R. moschata x chinensis) bred in the United States by John Champney, and introduced to France by Philippe Noisette, 1814. Hand-colored, octavo-size stipple copperplate engraving from Pierre Joseph Redoute's "Les Roses" 1828.
