Ken Williams, executive officer, Naval Station Great Lakes, from Sandusky, Ohio, is pinned to his current rank by his wife and mother during a promotion ceremony on Ross Field. Williams enlisted in the Navy 1987 and commissioned as a chief warrant officer in 1999.
