The Slender Green Sanke is a thin snake about 1m long. They are diurnal, harmless and can be encountered on the ground or in the trees. They are normally found near water as their favourite food is frogs. One diagnostic feature is that their dorsal scales have no hint of speckling to avoid confucion with others in the Green Snake group or others that are poisonous
