An Afghan National Army Special Forces soldier teaches Afghan Uniformed Police members basic instruction techniques during a class in Kajran district, Daykundi province, Afghanistan, Jan. 30. ANASF soldiers currently serve as instructors for the three-week class, which qualifies AUP members to teach Afghan Local Police candidates basic policing procedures, weapons handling and other skills necessary to protect and defend Afghan citizens and maintain security and stability in the region.
