United Service Users Committe at the national day of protest against the bedroom tax and other welfare reforms. The coordinated protests taking place around the country on 1 June have been timed to coincide with anti-austerity protests across Europe. This ‘call to arms’ made by Benefit Justice, a coalition of campaign groups and trade unions opposed to the Government’s austerity programme of benefit cuts.
