But even m this he feems to me notto be fo clear; confounding, aslapprehend, thetwo Boneswith the Cartilages. He defcribes the Fagma, in whichthe Bones and part of the Cartilages are encompafled,and which is faftned to the Horny end, and is protru*ded and drawn back with the Tongue: lie takes noticeof the little fliarp Points or Prickles on the Horny Partbeing moveable, and with their Points bending towardsthe Throat; but I apprehend \t is a Miftake to make the ^ Mucousphiltrans04513022. 9
