PHILLIPINE SEA (Mar. 22, 2021) – Gunners Mate 2nd Class Jacob Lazos, from Las Cruces, , conducts testing on the Mark 45 5-inch gun during a live-fire exercise aboard Arleigh-Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Barry (DDG 52). Barry is assigned to Task Force 71/Destroyer Squadron (DESRON 15), the Navy’s largest forward deployed DESRON and the 7th Fleet’s principal surface force.
