A Bohemian bone-inlaid Teschinke, dated 1651. Lightly swamped octagonal barrel with eight-groove rifling in 9 mm calibre and dovetailed brass sights. Typical brass-decorated wheellock with exterior mechanism and a lockplate decorated with floral engraving. Set trigger. Wooden stock richly decorated with engraved bone and mother-of-pearl inlays. A mother-of-pearl disc on the cheek piece engraved with a monogram and the year "1651". Iron trigger guard. Ramrod, butt plate, and some inlays replaced.
