Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division employees set out for fun and fitness during the Smiling while Mile-ing Fun Run at West Bethesda, Maryland, April 20, 2017. This was the first of four scheduled Fun Runs hosted by Carderock Division Technical Director Dr. Tim Arcano as part of the Carderock Fitness Challenge, an eight-week command-wide competition intended to promote an active lifestyle and positive work-life balance for Carderock employees.
