'Advance Series' postcard 313 across Talbot Square towards the Cenotaph (unveiled Armistice Day 1923) and the Metropole Hotel, so-named since 1896, and one the two oldest in Blackpool, opening in 1785. Note the tramway using a section of road around the hotel. A single deck tram (left side view) offers 'Circular Tours'. The card was posted in Blackpool 12 July 1926.
