The first granted the use of the streets, alleys and pub-lic grounds of the city of Leavenworth for the purpose ofputting in pipes to convey compressed air throughout thecity. The second granted a similar use of public groundsfor the purpose of building a street car line to be operatedby compressed air, cable, electric or threadless screwmotors.
