North Atlantic Grey Seal Pup (Halichoerus Grypus)

A grey seal having recently been born on the East coast of England. Most pups are born close to the coastline in a "nursery" area overseen and protected from the public by the North Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust. However a few pups like this one are born a mile out towards the sea and sadly many are drowned.
