Master-at-Arms 1st Class Ryan Rosu, assigned to Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo (CFAS), is presented with the 2022 Japan-America Society of Sasebo (JASS) Award by Nobuhiko Yamakawa, president of the JASS, during the JASS Christmas party held at Hotel Flags Kujukushima in Sasebo, Japan Dec. 9, 2022. JASS awarded Rosu in recognition of his dedicated volunteerism and participation in a wide range of community relation projects during 2021 and 2022.
