Brain haemorrhage. X-ray of the head of a 28-year-old patient showing a subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH, white) that occurred during sexual intercourse. SAH is bleeding into the subarachnoid space - the area between the arachnoid membrane and the pia mater surrounding the brain. Here, it occurred from a ruptured aneurysm (ballooning) of the right middle cerebral artery (lower and centre-left).
