Height. 10 incht*. 628âCeladon Vase (Sung) Inverted pear-shape, slightly spreading at the foot, with high,full, round neck expanding abruptly at the lip. The lower bodyfluted, the upper body encircled by a scrolling vine modeled inrelief, and the neck carrying three upright leaf groups in reliefmodeling. Brilliant sea-green glaze, effectively varying and givinga shimmer to the surface as it accumulates in and about thereliefs and spreads thin and almost white over their higherdetails. Height, 11 inches. 6~flâCeladon Ovoidal Jar (Cliieti-Iung) Heavy sonorous porcelain, covered with a dense glaze of brightsea-green time and dull luster, the glaze continued in the interiorand underneath the modeled foot.
