A 14-year-old Ethan Wilson is pictured with his brother Thomas R. Wilson following the latter’s graduation from boot camp at Fort Benning, Ga. Army Pfc. Wilson was later killed in action in Paktika, Afghanistan in 2007. His brother, Army Staff Sgt. Ethan Wilson, is currently serving with the 1st SFAB at Advisor Platform Lightning, only kilometers away from where Pfc. Wilson was killed.
