Ala., (March 2, 2019) Hospital Corpsman Meaghan Carr, from Baltimore, Md., right, and Fire Controlman Aegis Stephen Osieczonek, from Dryden, Mich., participate in the Floral Parade, which takes place as part of the Mardi Gras festivities in Mobile, Alabama. Carr and Osieczonek are attached to the destroyer USS James E. Williams (DDG 95), currently ported in Mobile, Alabama, in support of Navy Week Mobile.
