Belfast, United Kingdom. Sep 16, 2024 : Titanic Belfast, a major tourist attraction in the port. The maritime heritage museum is located in Titanic Quarter, formerly part of shipbuilder Harland & Wolff. The decline of shipbuilding in Northern Ireland has led to shipyard land downsizing & the brownfield site being subject to a major urban development plan. The shipping yard is entering administration, a UK insolvency procedure, for 2d time in 5 years. Since its establishment in 1861, 2,000 ships, offshore vessels or steel structures rose in H&W shipyards. Credit: Kevin Izorce/Alamy Live News
