Srinagar, Kashmir. 13 July 2019. Indian Forces remain alert during a curfew on Kashmir Martyrs Day in Srinagar, in Indian Administered Kashmir. July 13th is observed as Martyrs' Day to pay homage to the 22 civilians killed by the Dogra Army outside Srinagar Central Jail in 1931. Restrictions were placed throughout the valley to thwart any protests and to bar Pro-Freedom camp from visiting the graveyard
