The 344th TPC, Detachments 10, 7, and 6 are Army Reserve organizations from Austin, Texas that mobilized at ASA-Dix and will deploy to Afghanistan to conduct psychological operations missions. The Yellow Banner is given to units who mobilize through ASA-Dix as a symbolic gesture that they are in the thoughts and well-wishes of the ASA-Dix community. The banner is hung in Infantry Park while the unit is deployed and given back to the organization upon its return from combat. Photo by Ryan Morton, ASA-Dix Public Affairs.
