BOSPHORUS STRAIT, Turkey (Oct. 11, 2014) The 6th Fleet command and control ship USS Mount Whitney (LCC 20) passes through the Bosphorus Strait en route to the Black Sea. Mount Whitney is conducting naval operations with allies in the 6th Fleet area of operations in order to advance security and stability in Europe.
