Steetley pier on Hartlepool Headland on the north east coast of England, United Kingdom. The pier was used to pump sea water to the now derelict Steetley Magnesite works. A section of the pier was removed to restrict access to the end of the pier - which was popular with anglers - following an accident when a fisherman fell into the tank at the end of the jetty and was seriously injured.
