The 19th Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps, Sgt. Maj. Troy E. Black, tours the Marine Barracks at Defense Language Institute, Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC) in Monterey Ca, March 10, 2021. The Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps conducted the visit to speak to the highly qualified Marines attending DLIFLC and the Marine Detachment leadership. The DLIFLC mission is to provide the highest quality culturally based foreign language education, training and evaluation to enhance the national security of the United States.
