The late Sir Peter Scott's house at the Wildfowl & Wetlands Trust, Slimbridge, Gloucestershire, UK. The house was designed by Sir Peter and built in 1953 and was the offices, home, studio and observation point for the trust. The house remaims unchanged since Sir Peter died in 1989, his widow, Lady Philippa Scoitt continued to live there until her death in 2010. The trust are intending to restore the house and open it to the public. The black and white picture of Sir Peter was taken in 1972 and shows him sitting in the observation window, in his sitting room.
