I have always been fascinated by our UK electricity pylons - what in much of the world would be called transmission towers. Marching across the landscape, they have such strong and striking visual impact. This pylon is just outside my home village of Upper Radley in Oxfordshire. And a hot air balloon is drifting majestically past in early morning thermals
