Guest speaker and Military Academy Class of 1974 graduate, retired Gen. Martin Dempsey, took the podium during 500th Night Friday at Washington Hall. Dempsey devoted 41 years of military service to his country receiving many accolades during his long journey. He now stood before a room filled with cadets who will now walk the same path as he did all those years ago. Dempsey provided some sage advice to the cadets on the importance of leadership.
