This completely the top of the rim of the so-called Large Hagen, a wall chart of Leiden to 1675 forms this wall chart is composed of a floor plan of Leiden which is surrounded by a rim (with the above, the title and the arms of the city and the burgemeesters, along the side images of buildings in the city under a city profile). The map is printed from four plates, the edge of fourteen. Although the year 1670 is in the title and the arms at the top of the four incumbent mayors in 1670, evidenced by archival research this wall chart in 1675 just before it is printed and published first (see documentation for details).
